I’m a senior specialist on e-commerce sales systems and distribution channels with 5 years of experience. I have been working for Turkish Airlines which is the airline that flies to the most countries in the world.
Currently, I’m acting as a digital product manager for Turkish Airlines core ticket sales system’s management activities.
In my previous role in the company, I gained expertise in strategic planning and developing long-term roadmaps for digital sales channels. I’ve led RFI & RFP studies and vendor selection processes for new sales channel development project on the commercial side. As side duty, I created a virtual reality (VR) platform for Turkish Airlines Corporate Club -B2B loyalty program- from scratch. The CEO of Turkish Airlines sent me a congratulation certificate after this project.
I have B.S. in industrial engineering and M.Sc. in marketing management degrees. During my undergraduate, I spent a semester in Hungary with Erasmus exchange programme. I enjoy reading and researching about marketing technologies and disruptive new business models.
